 About PEACH Communications:

Are you ready for a Revolution?
Are you ready to advance the kingdom by
                                                                       “revolutionizing Christian airways”?

Then you are ready for P.E.A.C.H Communications.  P.E.A.C.H Communications, which stands for “People Evoking A Change,” is an Atlanta-based company that is ushering in a new style of programming to Christian music listeners.

In the multi-billion dollar business of faith, Christian music listeners have long been approached as a monolithic constituency only interested in either traditional, gospel, or contemporary Christian music.  As the Church universal moves from “the church as usual” to an “advancing the kingdom” mentality – what once worked to attract audiences – no longer fits the bill.  P.E.A.C.H. Communications revolutionizes radio programming for this audience by offering that which has never before been provided in one place.  By integrating the fragmented Christian radio industry into one collaborative radio composition that is virtually unheard of in Christian radio, P.E.A.C.H. Communications has created a new “sound” in Christian programming.  The fact is, that Christian music, with its central message, uses a number of Gospel, contemporary Christian, and cutting-edge music that itself preaches variety; but the MESSAGE is always consistent and true.

Through culturally diverse Christian music genres and talk shows, P.E.A.C.H. Communication’s programming will empower and enlighten the listeners (men, women and teens) about God’s perspective on health, relationships, education, politics, finances and much, much more.  P.E.A.C.H Communications ensures a high quality broadcast, enabling it to bring visionary, successful, productive radio to an audience that will simply love and be blessed what they hear.  Thus with creative energy and a fresh gospel fusion approach, P.E.A.C.H. Communications is poised to revolutionize Christian airways with its dynamic programming.  Let the Revolution begin!

Scriptural foundation for People Evoking A Change:  II Chronicles 7:14, If my PEOPLE who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Scriptural Foundation for d/b/a PEACH Communications:  John 14: 16 NIV; You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit – fruit that will last.  Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.

Melaine Aureilia Williams is a native of Charleston, South Carolina.  After attending undergraduate school at the University of South Carolina where she was the homecoming queen, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Melaine worked on Capitol Hill.  Melaine later returned to the University of South Carolina for law school where she served as a member of the SC Environmental Law Journal.  Melaine moved to Washington, DC in 1992 to become an attorney for the federal government through the Honors Program.  Melaine is also an officer in the DC Army National Guard, and currently serving at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Although Melaine has held a life long passion to own her own group of radio stations, Melaine formally began taking steps to realize her dream of broadcast ownership in 2005 by organizing a Georgia Limited Liability Company called People Evoking A Change, (“P.E.A.C.H Communications”).  The vision for P.E.A.C.H Communications is to revolutionize radio programming by offering that which has never before been provided in one place to radio stations nationwide.  Melaine believes that this dream will become a reality for her company because she believes in the biblical principle which tells her that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her.  Melaine currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Lieutenant Colonel Rodney Williams, and their 3 daughters.

About Dr. Kenya

Dr. Kenya Ayers is ardent in her quest to guide others toward destiny fulfillment and personal success, challenging them to find hope to move forward no matter the circumstances they face. To that end, her 18-year career in post-secondary education has involved identifying, supporting, nurturing, celebrating and encouraging the growth and development of those around her. As a Christian, Dr. Ayers is passionate about encouraging others to reach their God-given potential. She aims to use her life to allow people to see possibilities for their own journeys.

After earning an undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Michigan, Dr. Ayers completed a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Eastern Michigan University with a dream of becoming the world’s greatest psychologist second only perhaps to Sigmund Freud. Destiny, however, had different plans and Dr. Ayers soon found herself engaged with the challenges of university administration. To ensure success in this arena, she pursued  doctoral studies in adult education at Florida Atlantic University and in time earned a Doctorate of Education from the University of Houston in Educational Administration and Supervision in Higher Education. Her research explored, Identifying Factors of Non-Traditional Female Student Attrition in an Urban Environment and introduced a conceptual model based on qualitative and quantitative research to describe the attendance patterns of adult women in metropolitan universities. Dr. Ayers has also completed post-doctoral professional development through the American Council on Education’s National Leadership Forum and Harvard University’s Institute for Management and Leadership in Education (MLE). Dr. Ayers was ordained in ministry August, 2007 through Antioch Restoration Ministries International (ARMI).

Dr. Ayers is founder of The Choice Network a consulting firm designed to empower women toward destiny fulfillment via completion of doctoral degree programs through the comprehensive provision of theoretical and practical assistance. Through this vehicle, Dr. Ayers engages audiences in dynamic, interactive dialogue regarding their future aspirations. She is also Executive Director of Esperanza Communications through which she leverages creative communication (motivational speaking, voice artistry, radio/tv hosting, ministry, writing and publishing)  to inspire people the world over to realize their God-given destinies. Dr. Ayers has also lectured nationwide on issues of mentoring, adult student learners, and student success. She has provided consultation to post secondary institutions in the areas of program development, assessment/evaluation and undergraduate student retention. Dr. Ayers has served on several boards and advisory committees including the Nokomis Foundation and the MI-ACE Network for Women (for whom she served as State Leader from 2005-2007). She has also served as an accreditation evaluator for the Middle States Association and the North Central Association’s Higher Learning Commission.

In 2001, Dr. Ayers was named by Ebony magazine as one of the “Top 30 Leaders of the Future 30 and under.” Dr. Ayers is co-author of Hitching a Ride to Success: A Roadmap for Collegiate Travelers (1996, Simon and Schuster). She wrote To Whom Much is Given: The Definitive Guide to the Doctoral Process for Women (vol.1 – Getting Accepted) which was released June 2006 and is available via www.amazon.com. Dr. Ayers is a contributor to the inspirational book, Talitha Cumi  and hosts a national radio program – Relationship Solutions. Prior to becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Dr. Ayers served as Vice Provost and Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at Kettering University.
